Caribbean
Warm, clear, and beginner-friendly all year, the Caribbean is at its calmest and clearest in the dry winter-to-spring window. Hurricane season (summer to fall) can bring storms and reduced visibility.
Red Sea
Egypt’s Red Sea offers superb reefs and visibility year-round. Spring and fall hit the temperature sweet spot; summer is hot with the warmest water; winter cools off and suits a thicker wetsuit.
Coral Triangle
Indonesia, the Philippines, and surrounding waters hold the planet’s richest marine biodiversity. The dry season generally brings the best conditions, with signature critter and big-animal seasons varying by site.
Hawaii
Hawaii dives well all year, with summer bringing the calmest seas and the best visibility. Winter is rougher on north shores but is humpback-whale season, when their song fills many dives.
